Are you ready to partner with healthcare practitioners who are excited to join your healing journey?

We will work with you to identify your complex & unique set of symptoms, and create a customized treatment plan. Through this process, JAM practitioners will teach you practices to hone your physical abilities, enhance your kinesthetic awareness and reclaim your joy of movement!

Traditional models of physical therapy primarily address and define symptoms in terms of the musculoskeletal system. This approach will pigeonhole complex symptoms to one joint or muscle group, which leads to an insufficient treatment plan that often can create more damage because of the misdiagnosis.

At Jenny April Movements (JAM), we love working with complex symptoms and recognize that there are often multiple sites of pain that can coexist. These kinds of symptoms which travel throughout the body are often caused by imbalances of the fascial and nervous system. At JAM, we look at entire individuals and all the patterns, tissue layers and training that informs their movement intentions. Our holistic and individually crafted treatment approach creates an environment for sustainable healing and thriving for our clients.
